Taylor informed the business staff that he was not ready to leave. While a friend and other customers attempted to escort him outside to his ride, Taylor began cursing at the staff and customers, with police quoting him as saying, “I will shoot everyone in this parking lot.”
On Nov. 2, District Judge Curtis Hitt found probable cause to charge Taylor with the class D felony and set his bond at $10,000 cash/surety. As conditions of his release, Taylor is prohibited from possessing weapons, and he must have no contact with the victims or witnesses involved in the incident.
