An ordinance to establish a weight limit on a county road was read before the full Craighead County Quorum Court Monday evening.
The City Water and Light (CWL) of Jonesboro board on Tuesday unanimously approved a resolution to increase electric rates, as well as a resolution to secure bond financing to fund building a new gas plant.
“The goal is to bring tournaments back to Caraway,” head coach Trevor Ingram said. “Have some money flowing into the community, have some attention to the community and [bring] fun to the kids and everybody else.”
The CRDC serves as the local sponsor of the program, working with over 65 facilities across 16 Northeast Arkansas counties.
