Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Nov. 19, 2024 – College Sports Communicators announced Tuesday the 2024 Academic All-District Women’s Soccer Teams, which recognizes six Red Wolves for their academic achievements.
Aliyah Williamson, Emma Riales, Emma Riley, Gertie Langford, Keelyn Peacock, and Mckenzie Robinson are the representatives for A-State, marking the third consecutive season that six Red Wolves have earned the honor.
Williamson recorded a 3.81 GPA as a senior in Psychology while Riales posted a 3.80 GPA as a graduate student in Marketing. Langford holds a perfect 4.00 GPA as she pursues a post baccalaureate degree and Riley carries a 3.50 GPA in her graduate program (Social Work).
Peacock and Robinson round out the list, with the former holding a 3.75 GPA in Communication Studies (Graduate) and the latter posting a 3.93 GPA in Strategic Communication as a senior.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District Women’s Soccer Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation’s top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
To be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain a 3.50 cumulative grade point average or higher on a 4.00 scale and compete in 90 percent of the institution’s matches played or start in at least 66% of the institution’s matches.
