A Jonesboro sex offender is back behind bars on a much higher bond after police said she failed for the fifth time to comply with reporting requirements.

A Brookland man is being held on a $150,000 cash/surety bond after police said he was uploading multiple images and videos online of children performing sexual acts.

Jonesboro Unlimited will use these funds to begin extending wastewater lines to the 612-acre Craighead Technology Park South to further develop it for future industrial growth. 

The estate of Bruce Burrow has sued the City of Jonesboro for demolishing the former Citizens Bank building.

Jonesboro is included among the 21 other communities awarded funding.
