St. Bernards Healthcare has successfully administered an innovative targeted cancer therapy to its first patient this week.
Thirty high school students spent this week on the medical school’s Jonesboro campus participating in a program called Project H.E.A.R.T.
The “Healthy Aging Day” event is scheduled for Friday, June 19, 2026, and will offer a variety of free health resources and screenings to equip individuals to age well.

The Bay Veterans Memorial will be covered in red, white, and blue later this month as the community gathers for the Flag Day 5K. Local teenager Aden Graham spearheaded the event to provide the community with a local way to support the DAV.
