Craighead County, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – The National Weather Service has placed Craighead County under a tornado watch.
The watch is in effect until Tuesday at 10 p.m. It includes nine other counties in Northeast Arkansas: Clay, Crittenden, Cross, Greene, Lee, Mississippi, Phillips, Poinsett, and St. Francis.

Part of Northeast Arkansas is under an enhanced risk for severe storms. Damaging wind and large hail are primary concerns, although tornadoes cannot be ruled out, according to the NWS. Storms are expected to move through the area from 2-10 p.m.
