Jonesboro, AR – Contributed – Arkansas State women’s basketball head coach Destinee Rogers announced this week the complete 2026-27 schedule for the Red Wolves.
Following an exhibition contest against Delta State on Oct. 28, A-State opens the season on the road as part of the MAC-SBC Challenge, traveling to Muncie, IN, for a Nov. 2 matchup against Ball State in a rematch of last season’s opener.
The Red Wolves will remain on the road for contests at FGCU on Nov. 7 and Loyola Chicago on Nov. 11 before making their home debut on Nov. 17 against Jackson State at First National Bank Arena.

The Scarlet and Black will then compete in the Hoopfest Women’s Basketball Women’s Challenge in Frisco, TX, facing North Texas on Nov. 22 and Stephen F. Austin on Nov. 24. A-State returns home to host in-state rival Central Arkansas on Nov. 29 before traveling to Little Rock on Dec. 2.
December continues with a pair of SEC road tests as the Red Wolves visit Arkansas on Dec. 6 and Texas on Dec. 10. A-State closes its non-conference schedule by hosting Mississippi Valley State on Dec. 14 before opening Sun Belt Conference play.
Conference action begins Dec. 19 at Georgia Southern. The Red Wolves then return home for a three-game homestand, hosting Southern Indiana on Dec. 22, James Madison on Dec. 30, and Marshall on Jan. 2.
A-State heads back to Georgia for matchups against Georgia State on Jan. 7 and App State on Jan. 9, marking the Red Wolves’ first meeting with the Mountaineers since 2024.
The Red Wolves return to Jonesboro to host South Alabama on Jan. 13 and Troy on Jan. 16 before traveling to face ULM on Jan. 21 and South Alabama again on Jan. 23 in Mobile, AL.
A- State’s next stretch features four home games: Louisiana on Jan. 28, Southern Miss on Jan. 30, Old Dominion on Feb. 3, and a yet-to-be-determined opponent in the second leg of the MAC-SBC Challenge on Feb. 6.
The Red Wolves then embark on a three-game road swing, visiting Southern Miss on Feb. 11, Louisiana on Feb. 13, and Louisiana Tech on Feb. 17. A-State closes the regular season at First National Bank Arena against ULM on Feb. 23 and Louisiana Tech on Feb. 26.
The 2027 Sun Belt Conference Women’s Basketball Championship is scheduled for March 2-8 in Pensacola, FL.
