Jonesboro, AR – JonesboroRightNow.com – A Jonesboro man is being held on a $200,000 cash-only bond after police said he shared child sexual abuse material (CSAM) he had on his laptop with another person.

On April 10, the Jonesboro Police Department received information from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) of an investigation in Memphis where a subject was arrested due to having CSAM.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the subject told agents that he went to an Orval Cove home in Jonesboro that belonged to 35-year-old Anthony Keaton Graves in February 2026. He explained that while he was there, Graves got a laptop out of a safe in his closet, and the two watched CSAM for some time before Graves shared it with the subject by transferring it to the subject’s computer.

On May 6, a search warrant was executed at the Orval Cove address. Officers met Graves who provided the combination for the closet safe and they found the laptop, as well as other electronic devices. They also found a bag of a “white rocky substance” and a glass pipe containing residue inside the safe, and another bag with the same contents inside a black case.

In a Mirandized interview, Graves said he had used meth the night before and was aware that CSAM was on some of the devices. Officers were able to find the CSAM while searching some of the electronic devices.

Graves was booked into the Craighead County Detention Center at 8:35 a.m. the same day, according to the online jail roster. He appeared before a judge who found probable cause to charge him with three felonies:

  • Distribute, possess, viewing matter depicting sexual conduct involving a child (Class C)
  • Possession of meth or cocaine less than two grams (Class D)
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia (Class D)

In addition to the $200,000 bond, Graves was ordered not to have any access to electronic devices that can connect to the internet and no contact with anyone under the age of 18.

Graves’ next court date is scheduled for June 26. If convicted, he faces up to 22 years in prison and fines up to $30,000.
