Arkansas State Police are investigating a road rage incident that resulted in the death of one man.
Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders appointed Carole Farmer of Fayetteville to a seven-year term on the Arkansas State University System Board of Trustees.
The man was not living at his registered address, which was a violation of sex offender reporting requirements.
He was driving recklessly at 85 mph, running red lights and using the shoulder to navigate heavy traffic.
