The Wellness Lab is founded by Julie Wilson, a certified instructor through Balanced Body who has trained under Master Balanced Body Instructors in Boston, Massachusetts, and Nashville, Tennessee. Julie also holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus on Exercise Science, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the studio.

This obvious gap inspired her to bring this innovative form of exercise to Jonesboro.
