Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – June 13, 2024 – Jonesboro police were called to Cartwright Street in reference to a stolen vehicle.
According to the Police report, the vehicle was a 2012 Subaru. It WAS in the driveway on Tuesday night while three females were making trips to and from the vehicle. But then, according to the police report, they walked back outside, and the Subaru was gone.
A neighbor told police he saw two males walking by. He didn’t get a good look at either of them. One had short hair and a medium build, and the other was thinner and had dreadlocks. It was about 10:00 at night, so that was all he said he could see.
The neighbor was in the process of taking out his trash, and then he noticed the Subaru was gone. And he didn’t see the males walking in the area anymore.
Everybody on that part of Cartwright Street assumed the two guys had the Subaru, at that point…the women, the neighbor, and the officer.
And, as annoying as having your vehicle stolen is, there were quite a few important things IN the vehicle. Between the three victims, there was a wallet, three cell phones, a laptop, a tablet, and an iPad.
