Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – June 5, 2024 – A Jonesboro woman was set a $75,000 bond after a judge found probable cause to charge her with felony fleeing.
Daisia Ann Pfeifer, 23, of Jonesboro fled from an Arkansas State Police trooper Tuesday on Interstate 555, according to a probable cause affidavit.
The trooper executed a tactical vehicle intervention (PIT) near the 42-mile marker, causing the Pfeifer’s vehicle to collide with a concrete wall. She was treated for minor injuries.
District Judge Tommy Fowler charged Pfeifer with felony fleeing, reckless driving, and failure to provide insurance.
The trooper’s vehicle sustained damage during the stop.
Pfeifer’s next court date is July 28 in Craighead County Circuit Court.
