Jonesboro, AR – Jonesboro Right Now – Ten more people face charges following their arrests in part of a sex offender compliance check operation in Jonesboro that occurred this week.
According to Jonesboro Police Department (JPD) Public Information Official Sally Smith, the operation was led by the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office, while agencies like JPD assisted.

On Sept. 25, District Judge David Boling found probable cause and set bond for the following individuals after they were arrested in that operation that occurred Tuesday:
- Christopher Bryant Scott, 52, of Jonesboro
- Officers made contact with Scott at his residence at the Links in Jonesboro.
- The affidavit said a search of his cell phone revealed an unregistered email address.
- Scott faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $7,500 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Nov. 23.
- Danny Millsap, 61, of Jonesboro
- Deputies went to a home in the 300 block of County Road 337 in Jonesboro to contact Millsap, a level three sex offender.
- The affidavit said a search of his phone revealed an unregistered Discord account with a profile picture of Millsap.
- Millsap faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Nov. 23.
- Gary Dye, 47, of Jonesboro
- Officers made contact with Dye at his registered residence on Allis Street.
- The affidavit said a search of Dye’s cell phone revealed multiple email addresses and social media accounts that were not listed on his registration paperwork.
- Dye faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $75,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Nov. 23.
- James George Bridges, 53, of Lake City
- Deputies went to a home in the 100 block of Cedar Street in Lake City to contact Bridges, a level two sex offender. At the residence, an unregistered vehicle was located.
- The affidavit said a search of a personal cell phone that was not on his registry revealed an unregistered YouTube account.
- Bridges faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $5,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Dec. 17. Bridges is currently out on bond and appeared in court in person Friday.
- Jami Luckett-Laire, 38, of Bono
- Deputies went to an address in the 300 block of County Road 323 in Bono to contact Luckett-Laire, where she was located in a camper.
- The affidavit said Luckett-Laire was registered to an address in Paragould, but she had not had the move to Bono approved by her probation officer.
- Luckett-Laire faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $75,000 cash/surety, with her next court date scheduled for Nov. 23.
- Mark Anthony Adams, 42, of Jonesboro
- Deputies went to a home in the 200 block of County Road 480 to contact Adams, a level two sex offender, and eventually made contact with him at his workplace.
- The affidavit said a search of Adams’ cell phone revealed unregistered Instagram and Threads accounts.
- Adams faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $10,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Nov. 23.
- Matthew Alex Jenkins, 43, of Jonesboro
- Officers contacted Jenkins at his registered address on Great Dane Road, which returned to a business where he lived in a metal shipping container.
- The affidavit said a search of his workspace inside the business revealed two cell phones, one of which contained multiple unregistered applications and usernames, along with an unregistered phone number.
- Jenkins faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Nov. 23.
- Myron Wade Davidson, 46, of Lake City
- Deputies went to a home in the 100 block of County Road 693 to contact Davidson, a level one sex offender.
- The affidavit said a search of his cell phone revealed several unregistered social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and MeetMe.
- Davidson faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $50,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Dec. 17.
- Tyler Blain, 28, of Jonesboro
- Officers made contact with Blain at his residence on Brittany Lane. After initially denying he had a cell phone, officers observed a bulge in his pocket and he produced a device.
- The affidavit said a search of the phone revealed multiple social media applications and usernames not listed on his registration, as well as an unregistered phone number.
- Blain faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $75,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Nov. 23.
- Leonard W. Knight, 66, of Lake City
- Deputies went to a home in the 100 block of Cedar Street in Lake City to contact Knight, a level two sex offender, and found an unregistered boat. Contact was later made with authorities where Knight arrived in an unregistered vehicle.
- The affidavit said a search of his phone revealed two unregistered email addresses.
- Knight faces a failure to register charge. Bond was set at $10,000 cash/surety, with his next court date scheduled for Dec. 17. Knight is currently out on bond and appeared in court in person Friday.
Nine other individuals were arrested as part of the operation and had their probable cause hearings on Wednesday. In total, 19 people have had their probable cause hearings.
