Brookland, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Aug 21, 2024 – Brookland Police Department arrested 37-year-old Michael Tramble near West School Street on Monday for reportedly exposing himself to children from the window of his home.

The report states that officers responded to the residence “due to a black male masturbating through the window while kids were walking home from school.”

Through BPD’s investigation, it was determined that five child victims were identified and all made incriminating statements against Michael Tramble. The children are listed as ages 12, 13, 14, 14, 14.

Tramble went before Judge Boling on Wednesday for a Probable Cause hearing where he was charged with 5 counts of Indecent Exposure.

He was originally given a temporary bond of $50,000 cash only, but that bond was modified to $50,000 c/s during the PC hearing. Tramble was also ordered to wear an ankle monitor and to not be within 1 mile of a school or daycare.

The media release from Brookland Police states:

On August 19, 2024, at approximately 3:26 PM, officers with the Brookland Police Department were made aware of a male subject exposing himself to children walking by a residence in the 300 block of School Street.

Officer Kade Carder responded to the scene and contacted the suspect, identified as Michael Tramble. During the interaction, Tramble stated to Officer Carder that he was in the window of the residence exposing himself. After speaking with the complainant and the victim, Officer Carder placed Tramble under arrest for Indecent Exposure. Tramble was transported to the Craighead County Detention Center.

Through investigation, it was determined that five (5) total child victims were identified and all made incriminating statements against Tramble.

On August 21, 2024, a judge set bond for Tramble in the amount of $50,000.00 cash/surety for five (5) counts of Indecent Exposure. The judge further ordered that if Tramble is released from custody he cannot reside within one (1) mile of a school or daycare, and Tramble must wear a GPS ankle monitor.
