Community members experiencing food insecurity are invited to enjoy a free barbeque meal at Neighbors in Need NEA’s fifth annual Community Picnic.
Households receiving USDA foods must reside in Craighead County and are eligible to receive USDA foods once per month.
“Together We Home” is an initiative led by Rashawn Vaughan that is dedicated to helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness rebuild their lives.

Since it began in 2011, the Million Meals initiative has raised more than $5.7 million and provided over 31 million meals in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri.
Nonprofits in Northeast Arkansas will have increased support next year, as the United Way of Northeast Arkansas unveiled its recipients for its 2027 funding cycle.
