The victim told police that her sisters called to tell her that he had posted the photo of her on Facebook.
The resolution, which hasn’t been decided yet by the Public Works Committee, has already received criticism from a Jonesboro City Council member.
“This probably will be the largest event in the state,” the Chief said. “We’re going to deal with it. We’ll take it as it comes and adjust accordingly.”
The victim said Vallecillo had argued with her, pushed her into a bedroom wall and slapped and choked her until she said was unable to breathe.
Officers located one vehicle in the ditch on the north side of 463 and one vehicle still in the roadway, both with extreme damage.
