Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Sept. 4, 2025 – Arkansas Department of Health records suggest Jonesboro is about to land four additional restaurants.

Online records indicate Stonebridge Construction submitted a health department plumbing project application for a Jack in the Box. The record shows the address for the restaurant as 1207 Parker Road. The address reflects the location of the former Rodeo Mexican Grill.

The Health Department received the plumbing application on Aug. 5, approved and completed it on Aug. 19.

Malicoat Winslow Engineers submitted a plumbing project for a Golden Chick at 3219 S. Caraway Road. That location is the southwest corner of South Caraway and Parker Road. The Health Department received the Golden Chick application on Aug. 13, and it was approved and completed on Aug. 20, according to online records.

Online records also indicate Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers submitted a plumbing project application for a Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers at 2611 E. Highland Drive. The Health Department received that application on Aug. 13, and it was approved and completed on Aug. 25.

The East Highland address is the corner of Highland and Fair Park Boulevard, which was previously Arby’s.

Singleton Engineering submitted a plumbing project application identified as Blazing Buffalo. The online records show the address as 3310 Southwest Drive, Suite F. The location is a strip shopping center just North of Plaza Tire in the Southern Hills subdivision.

Blazing Buffalo also has a location in Brookland at 556 W. School St. The plumbing application for the Southwest Drive location was received by the Health Department on Aug. 27 and is currently pending, according to online records.

The filing of a plumbing project application with the Health Department doesn’t necessarily guarantee that a project will be completed.
