Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Sept. 16, 2024 – A man was charged with second degree sexual assault on Monday.
In June, 33-year-old Jesse McCauley, of Rocklin, California, was in the ICU when he alerted the victim, an ICU nurse. According to the probable cause affidavit, the victim went to McCauley’s room and began checking for problems, and she had to lean over him to check the monitor leads on his chest.
Reportedly, McCauley “grabbed the victim between the legs and pulled her toward him.” The victim then noticed McCauley was masturbating with his other hand while staring at her.
According to the court document, the victim finally broke free and left the room. The victim said throughout the night, McCauley would leave his room and masturbate in the hall and that he would wait until someone came into his room and masturbate in front of them.
McCauley was arrested Sept. 13 at 6:30 p.m.
He was given a court date of Oct. 28 at 8:30 a.m. and a bond of $75,000 c/s. The bond includes a no-contact order with the victim.
