Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – April 22, 2024 – A Jonesboro man was arrested last week after police were sent to Great Dane, 2800 Great Dane Lane, about a man with a gun.
When officers arrived, they talked to employees who told them that a subject was threatening to shoot fellow employees.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the subject told officers, “I’m tired of people f%#@king with me … I’ll take care of it myself … I’ll bring my pistol … and start capping people.”
After he was taken into custody and was read his Miranda rights, he told an officer that “I said something that I shouldn’t have said.”
On Friday, District Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to charge the subject with first-degree terroristic threatening, a class D felony, and set his bond at $10,000 and criminally banned him from Great Dane.
