Rose faces a charge of second-degree sexual assault, a Class B felony, following his arrest in August.

According to the probable cause affidavit, the charges stem from an incident in July at a juvenile detention facility, where evidence indicated Rose coerced a female juvenile inmate into inappropriate contact in exchange for avoiding extra jail time.

The document stated that Rose admitted to the contact during a police interview. He was terminated from his position by the Craighead County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation.
