Mrs. Treva Labrenda Voyles, of Jacksonville, AR, departed this life on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the Sherwood Nursing and Rehab Center, at the age of 83.

She was born September 27, 1940, in Dowdy, AR, the daughter of the late Andrew Abraham Latting and Mary Jeanette Ward Latting.

Treva was a homemaker and a member of the Somers Ave. Church of Christ in Sherwood.  In her early adult years, she worked at Hostess factory in Memphis. She also taught preschool in Louisiana for 3 years and worked in the daycare at WMCS for many years and also at a daycare in Illinois. She married Charles Voyles July 21, 1978, and they enjoyed 46 years together.  Together, they were able to visit all 50 states and many other travels. She was active in the ladies groups at church and enjoyed hosting the Annual Ladies Christmas Party at her home for over 20 years. She enjoyed visiting, sewing, gardening, and traveling.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by 4 sisters, Mabel Linebaugh, Marie Sharp, Ila Saffell and Ola Sharp, and one brother, T.J. Latting.

She is survived by her husband Charles of the home one daughter, Tunene Weston and husband Mark of Harrisburg, AR, three sons, Kevin Sharp of Edmondson, Kerry Sharp of Sherwood, and Chris Voyles of Jacksonville,  nine grandchildren, Anthony, Tona, Lafe, Kasey, Kayla, Ashley, Austin, Charlie and Jess, fifteen great grandchildren, and one brother, Abe Latting, Jr. and wife Bonnie of Moline, IL.

Graveside Services are scheduled for Tuesday, April 23rd, at 1:30 p.m., at Union Cemetery at Saffell, AR.  Brother Oran Burt will officiate. Viewing will take place at the cemetery just prior to services. Gregg-Weston Funeral Home in Harrisburg has been entrusted with all arrangements.
