Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — April 15, 2025 — Drug task force agents recently arrested a Jonesboro man during a traffic stop near Parker Road and Stadium Boulevard after noticing the license plate on his Ford Ranger was unreadable.
The man, 42-year-old Christopher Dougan, who is on parole with a search waiver, was reportedly extremely nervous and was seen trying to hide a green pill container. Inside were 4.5 Hydrocodone pills, 12 Alprazolam pills, and 28 grams of THC dabs.
A further search uncovered 10 grams of meth, three THC vapes, syringes, nine grams of marijuana, and a used meth bong under the driver’s seat.
He faces charges including possession of meth or cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, and improper display of tags. His bond is set at $125,000 cash/surety. The affidavit notes a “very long” criminal history and prior failure to appear. His next court date is set for May 22.
