Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – A Jonesboro man was given a $1 million cash-only bond Friday after a district judge found probable cause to charge him with six felonies and one misdemeanor.
Wyta Razor, 28, was arrested Wednesday, May 29, following a probation search of a residence that he was living at on Cedar Heights Cove.
During a probation search, officers found a .45-caliber Glock handgun, several magazines for the gun, digital scales, marijuana and oxycodone pills, according to the report.
On Friday, Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause to charge Razor with simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, a class Y felony, possession of a firearm by a certain person, a class D felony, felony possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a Schedule I or II drug not methamphetamine or cocaine, possession of marijuana with the purpose to deliver, possession of a defaced firearm and misdemeanor possession of a Schedule IV or V drug.
In setting the bond, Fowler noted Razor had several weapon charges against him, he was out on probation, and he had several failure to appear charges against him.
Razor’s next court date is July 29 in Craighead County Circuit Court.
