Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – January 20, 2025 – With City of Jonesboro offices closed on Monday in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr. holiday, the city’s sanitation routes have been adjusted, according to a post on the City of Jonesboro Facebook Monday morning.

The adjusted sanitation schedule for January 20-25 will be as follows:

  • Monday, January 20 – NO COLLECTION; City offices CLOSED
  • Tuesday, January 21 – Monday & Tuesday route (Regular)/ 3rd Monday Recycling
  • Wednesday, January 22 – Tuesday & Wednesday route (Regular)/ 3rd Tuesday & 4th Wednesday Recycling
  • Thursday, January 23 – Normal Collection
  • Friday, January 24 – Normal Collection

However, JET (Jonesboro Economical Transportation) services remained in normal operating hours on Monday.

Regular hours for city offices will resume on Tuesday, January 21.
