Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — March 16, 2025 — Downtown Jonesboro turned green as participants in the ShamRock Shuffle ran a one-mile fun run course Saturday afternoon.
The course began on Main Street at the Huntington Avenue and Main intersection. Runners headed down to Cate Avenue, to Church Street and then back to Huntington. They then went down to Huntington Square, then Monroe Avenue and then finished the run at Main and Cate.
People of all ages participated in the race. Many were dressed in St. Patrick’s Day-themed outfits. It was part of the SpringFest 2025: ShamRockn’ Downtown festival, a three-day St. Patrick’s Day celebration. The festival concludes on Monday, which is St. Patrick’s Day.
