Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Oct. 21, 2024 – Dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and sizes are available through area animal rescues and shelters, as well as opportunities to help homeless animals through foster programs, donations, and help with fundraisers and other family-friendly activities.
JRN has partnered with area animal shelters to present “Pets of the Week.” We will feature a handful of animals each week alongside information about how to adopt or volunteer.
Dolan: Dolan is a 7-week-old male kitten. He’s black and white and has only been in the shelter for one week. He’s part of the “D” litter, all of whom are playful and energetic!
Tonie: Tonie is a black and white, already neutered male dog; he’s 3 1/2 years old and has been in the shelter for 21 weeks. While he’s still testing heartworm positive, he successfully completed treatment. He’s a 50 lb lapdog! He loves other dogs and people.
