Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Nov. 4, 2024 – Dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and sizes are available through area animal rescues and shelters, as well as opportunities to help homeless animals through foster programs, donations, and help with fundraisers and other family-friendly activities.
JRN has partnered with area animal shelters to present “Pets of the Week.” We will feature a handful of animals each week alongside information about how to adopt or volunteer.
Neptune: Neptune is a 14-week-old male kitten. He’s been in the shelter for eight weeks; he’s incredibly playful, so the staff has a lot of fun with him. He’ll make someone a great furry family member!
Willow: Willow is a 40 lbs., female heeler mix. She’s been in the shelter for five weeks and is six and a half years old. She’s heartworm positive but is about to undergo treatment. She’s great with dogs, people, and new situations, so we’ll miss taking her to events once she gets adopted!
