Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — June 2, 2025 — Dogs and cats of all ages, breeds and sizes are available through area animal rescues and shelters, as well as opportunities to help homeless animals through foster programs, donations, and help with fundraisers and other family-friendly activities.
JRN has partnered with area animal shelters to present “Pets of the Week.” We will feature a handful of animals each week. If interested in adopting or volunteering with the Northeast Arkansas Humane Society, go to neahs.org.
Meet Super: Super came in with her kittens about five weeks ago. She’s Siamese-colored and a domestic shorthair. She’s one year and seven months old and is up to date on all of her shots. In addition to being gorgeous, she’s smart and friendly!
Meet Donnie: Donnie is an 8-month-old male who weighs 42 lbs. He’s been in the shelter for three days and has already been neutered and microchipped and is heartworm negative. He’s up to date on all of his preventatives and vaccines. He’s playful and gets along well with other dogs and people.
