Patricia Ann Warren passed away peacefully on August 28, 2024, at the age of 83 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Born on May 16, 1941, in Lake City, Arkansas, to the late Robert and Lottie Mae Cordell Blackshear, Patricia’s life was a testament to her loving, kind, and thoughtful nature.

Patricia’s journey began in the heart of Arkansas, where she was imbued with strong values and a spirit of generosity that would become the hallmark of her life. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Fred White, her son Fred Kevin White, her granddaughter Christina Valdez, and her son-in-law Manuel Valdez.

She is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Donald Warren, who stood by her side, sharing in the joys and challenges of life. Survivors include Robert Keith White (Chris), Donna Taylor (Reginald), Robert Warren, Lauri Valdez, Robin Hall (Ronald), and Jacqueline Adams (Blair). Patricia’s brother, Rev. James Blackshear (Betty), also remains to honor her memory.

She is also survived by her grandchildren: Robert Delong, Meagan Cox (Lewis), Brian White (Jamie), Jonathan Taylor (Catherine), Crystal Hall, Mathew Hall, Christian Hall, Maria Ball (the late Steve), Christopher Valdez, Justin Valdez (Melissa), and Brittany Morrow (Micah). Her great-grandchildren, Clayton and Madisen Spring, Case and Caleb White, Caleb, Clara, and Christian Taylor, Hailey Gonzalez, Greyson Hall, Georgia Hall, Michael and Isaac Valdez, Frankie, Salem, and Stevie Valdez, Braylan and Braxton Morrow.

For 30 years, Patricia dedicated her professional life to General Motors, where she not only contributed her skills and work ethic but also formed lasting friendships and connections. Her commitment to her work was paralleled by her devotion to her faith. As a devout member of the First Pentecostal Church of Piggott, she found strength and solace in her beliefs, and her presence was a source of comfort and inspiration to her church family.

Patricia’s interests were a reflection of her dedication to the things she held dear. She took pleasure in her work, relished attending church services, and cherished the time spent with friends and family.

Pat was the kind of person who would offer a helping hand without hesitation and whose thoughtful gestures left a lasting impact. Her kindness was a beacon that drew people to her, and her memory will be cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday September 4, 2024 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the First United Pentecostal Church in Piggott. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Jay Masterson officiating. Burial will be at Woodland Heights Cemetery.
