Pam Crane, 67, of Jonesboro, died Sunday, June 30, 2024, at Baptist Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. She had lived in Jonesboro for over 36 years. She was born on August 13, 1956, in Manila, Arkansas, to Bobby Gene and Joan Acord. She served her country in the US Air Force. She was proud to be a member of a stamping/scrapbooking group known as “The Crew”. Spending time with her family and friends was always important. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Ruth Acord.
Survivors include her son, Brandon Crane of Jonesboro; brothers, Beith Acord and wife, Phyllis of Brookland; Barry Acord and wife Julie of Sedalia, Missouri; Robert Acord and wife Dena of Fayetteville, Arkansas; Tommy Farmer and wife, Shelly of Tennessee; sisters, Carmen Lockling and husband, Mark of N. Crossett, Arkansas; and Angie Barrow of Camden, Arkansas.
Funeral services will be 2:00 Friday, July 5, 2024, at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Eddie Hawkins officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. The burial will be private. Honorary pallbearers are “The Crew” and fellow co-workers from Valley View Schools. Visitation will be from 1:00 until service time.
