UPDATE APRIL 3:

The Craighead County Emergency Operations Center (EOC) continues its assessment of the severe storm damage that impacted multiple communities within the county. As of this morning, emergency teams have begun on-the-ground evaluations, working through blocked roads, downed power lines, and low visibility to compile data on the destruction.

Current assessments confirm that 25 structures in Craighead County have been damaged. Among these, 18 homes were destroyed, three sustained major damage, and two had minor damage, with an additional two affected. Numerous power lines remain down, and significant debris is obstructing highways and county roads. Officials anticipate that the number of affected structures may continue to rise as evaluations proceed.

There have been no reported fatalities. However, four individuals have sustained minor injuries. Local officials are actively coordinating response efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
