Earley joined Baptist Memorial in 2013 as a Frank Groner Administrative Fellow after earning an MBA and Master of Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Over the past decade, Earley has held multiple leadership positions across both NEA Baptist and Baptist Memphis prior to stepping into the top administrative role in Jonesboro.

Earley succeeds Sam Lynd, who has been named administrator and CEO of Baptist Memorial Hospital-Memphis. Lynd previously served as CEO of NEA Baptist, overseeing both the hospital and its associated clinics in Jonesboro.

Officials say the shifts are part of a broader administrative reorganization across the health system, which also includes former Baptist Memphis CEO Paul Cade transitioning to serve full time as vice president and metro market leader for Baptist Memorial Health Care.
