Officers spoke with Hodge at the Monette Police Department, where she was advised of her Miranda rights. She said she took the A/C, but maintained she had permission to take it, the affidavit said. The A/C was recovered and returned to the homeowner.
Hodge is being held on a $75,000 cash or surety bond. She was ordered to have no contact with either of the victims. Her next court date is Aug. 1 and she’s being held in the Craighead County Detention Center.
