Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Aug 6, 2024 – Police were called to the scene of a possible break-in at a Jonesboro business, but the investigation didn’t take too long.
An employee of Southern Drone Ops on Shelby Drive contacted JPD when she got to work Monday and saw that a front window had been broken. She stayed outside the building until the officer got there… then they went in to see what, if anything, had been taken.
It was hard to tell if the burglar had even gone into the business. But the employee wasn’t positive, so she called the manager to double-check on anything that might be missing.
That’s when she found out that the vandalism was actually caused by the manager. He was the one that broke the window. Because he had forgotten his key. No charges filed. Case closed.
