Jonesboro- Mary Ann Foster, 76, passed Friday, May 17, 2024 at St. Bernards Medical Center.
She was born July 31, 1947 in Jonesboro to the late Orville and Mary Thelma LaGore Tate. She was a member of the Nettleton Baptist Church. Mrs. Foster was active for several years in the Dental Assistants Association at both local and state levels.
She was survived by her husband, Bob Foster; sons, Dewayne Pierce Jr. (Tiffany) of Little Rock and Kevin Pierce (Sandi) of Jonesboro; a brother, John Tate (Louise) of Yorkville, IL; grandchildren, Mckenzie Pierce (Lena), Meredith Infield (Jordan), Myles Pierce (Mattea), Mary Beth Pierce and Elijah Pierce; great-grandsons, Owen Infield, Griffin Infield, Parker Infield, Cooper Pierce and Brooks Pierce.
She was also preceded in death by brothers, Charles Tate and Robert Tate and a sister, Martha Baker.
A graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Strawfloor Cemetery. Interment will follow under the direction of Gregg-Langford Bookout Funeral Home.
