Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — July 10, 2025 — Another suspect faces multiple charges in a June aggravated robbery case that took place in Jonesboro.

Judge David Boling found probable cause July 9 to charge 18-year-old Tylan Jhontae Golden, of Jonesboro, with aggravated robbery, third-degree battery with the purpose of causing injury, and aggravated assault.

Golden was arrested on July 8 after witnesses connected him to an aggravated robbery case that took place June 12.

According to the affidavit, officers were called to Mary Jane Drive about a fight that occurred. The victims said they met a man, 20-year-old Jaylen Keshune Scales, also of Jonesboro, to hang out, and at one point, multiple people accompanied him and assaulted the victims, resulting in injuries. One of the victim’s car keys and $1,200 were also taken.

Golden received a $150,000 cash/surety bond as a result of Wednesday’s hearing. He is scheduled to be back in court Aug. 21.

Meanwhile, Scales is being held on a $500,000 cash/surety bond on multiple charges. His next court date is scheduled for July 31.
