Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — June 20, 2025 — A Jonesboro business owner is behind bars after police said he was in possession of several images of child sexual abuse material.
Craighead County Judge Tommy Fowler found probable cause on Friday to charge 52-year-old Daniel Lee Mooneyham with possession or use of child sexual abuse material.
According to the affidavit, on June 6, the Jonesboro Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Division got a cybertip from Arkansas State Police that since 2011, child sexual abuse material had been sent to and from email addresses labeled with Mooneyham’s name and “my cell.”
Officers obtained the IP address of the associated account, which Optimum was the internet service provider for. Through a search warrant that was submitted through Optimum’s parent company, CSC Holdings, the officers found that the account associated with the IP address returned to Nostalgia World Sport Cards in the 2400 block of E. Nettleton Avenue.
Phone numbers associated with the account were found to be for the business and Mooneyham.
A search warrant was conducted at Nostalgia World Sport Cards, which Mooneyham owns. The affidavit said that there, officers found several images of child sexual abuse material on Mooneyham’s phone. He later confessed to viewing and having child sexual abuse material on his devices.
In addition to a $75,000 cash/surety bond, Fowler ordered Mooneyham to have no access to the internet.
His next court appearance on July 31. According to online jail records, Mooneyham was released on Friday afternoon.
