Forrest City, AR – Contributed – Greenway Equipment, in partnership with Jason Aldean and the University of Arkansas–East Arkansas Community College (UA-EACC), announced Tuesday a food bank benefit concert on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the UA-EACC Fine Arts Center in Forrest City.

The concert will serve as Greenway’s 8th annual food bank fundraiser and aims to raise funds for three regional organizations dedicated to combating hunger: the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas, the Southeast Missouri Food Bank, and the Arkansas Foodbank.

Proceeds from the event will be donated directly to these food banks, helping provide meals for children and families facing food insecurity across Arkansas and southeast Missouri.

The need for continued support is critical. Arkansas ranks first in the nation for food insecurity, according to a recent study by the United States Department of Agriculture, with nearly one in five households struggling with food access from 2022 through 2024.

That challenge is further underscored by findings from the latest Arkansas Health Survey, which show that 28.8% of adults in the state—an estimated 688,000 people—are food insecure, meaning they lack consistent, reliable access to the nutritious food needed for an active, healthy life. The survey reflects a 10% increase over recent reports, which already ranked Arkansas as the most food-insecure state in the nation.

Tickets go on sale to the general public on Wednesday, March 11, at 10 a.m. and will be available to purchase online at eacc.edu or by calling the UA-EACC Ticket Office at 870-633-4480, ext. 203. Learn more about the event at gogreenway.com.

In addition to standard ticket options, a select number of all access and premium ticket packages—offering the best seats at the front of the venue with the most exclusive concert experience— will be auctioned starting March 9 through March 11.

All access tickets offer fans an exclusive meet-and-greet opportunity with Jason Aldean plus Premium Ticket perks. Premium tickets offer prime seating, access to the pre-party, and a special edition hat. Auction packages will be available through the Arkansas Foodbank website. This benefit concert builds on Greenway Equipment’s long-standing commitment to fighting hunger through its annual food bank fundraisers featuring Jason Aldean. In 2025, Greenway Equipment surpassed $1 million in total donations raised for these three food banks, reflecting years of sustained community support and impact.

“This concert is about continuing the fight against hunger in the communities we serve,” said Bill Midkiff, CEO of Greenway Equipment, Inc. “When we bring together our employees, customers, and partners, for a night like this, the impact reaches far beyond the stage. Every ticket sold helps provide meals for families and children who need it most, and that purpose is what makes this event so meaningful. I’m incredibly proud of the way our team and our communities continue to step up and support this cause year after year.”

In addition to the concert, ticket holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to an exclusive pre-party event hosted by Greenway Equipment and Anheuser-Busch. Ticket holders will also have the opportunity to register for a raffle for a chance to win autographed memorabilia, with winners announced live during the concert.

UA-EACC is honored to host the event at its Fine Arts Center, an intimate 1,100 seat venue, welcoming guests from across the region for an unforgettable night of live music with a powerful mission.

“Hosting this performance aligns with UA-EACC’s commitment to serve our community, our region, and most importantly, our students,” said Dr. Cathie Cline, UA-EACC Chancellor. “Food insecurity among community college students is a national and regional challenge, and we are pleased to partner with Greenway Equipment to support this benefit for regional food banks, whose services help sustain our campus food pantry.”
