Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – July 8, 2024 – A Jonesboro woman claims that her pizza order was wrong, and she headed to the restaurant to tell them how she felt about it.
Jonesboro police were called to the Domino’s Pizza on Red Wolf Blvd in reference to a disturbance. An employee told officers that Lyzaria Steward had come into the store, yelling about her pizza order being incorrect. Steward was told by the employee that they would fix the mistake, but she allegedly kept yelling…then cursing, until finally the employee asked her to leave the premises.
Steward was still being verbally abusive as they told her they’d just cancel the order, and an employee followed her out to the parking lot to jot down her tag number. Steward noticed what the employee was trying to do and accelerated her vehicle in the direction of the employee…so much so that they had to dive out of the way of the vehicle to avoid getting hit.
Steward was later picked up by police. At her probable cause hearing, she was charged with felony assault and her bond was set at $30,000.
