Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – April 12, 2024 – A Jonesboro woman was arrested Thursday morning after police said she chased her boyfriend with a knife and then sprayed Mace onto his face, according to a Jonesboro police report.

When police arrived at a residence on Timms Street, they found the 34-year-old victim throwing women’s items in a trash can near the street.

Police arrested Alexias Jack, 26, after police saw a small cut on the victim’s arm and his left eye had been Maced, the report said.

According to a probable cause affidavit, when officers arrived at the residence, Jack was walking away. The victim said that he and Jack got into an argument and chased him out of the house. Once outside, Jack maced the victim and threw a knife at him.

District Judge David Boling set Jack’s bond at $10,000 today after finding probable cause to charge her with aggravated assault on a family or household member, a class D felony, and misdemeanor third-degree battery.
