Georgia Marie Kincade Taylor, 105, a cherished individual known for her kind, caring, and quick-witted, humorous personality, left this earth on September 14, 2024.
She was delivered at home on April 16, 1919, by Dr A. J. Henderson in Spring River, Randolph County to George and Ida Carter Kincade.
A lover of life and travel, Georgia made many trips to Branson with family and friends who always enjoyed being with her. She was an active, fun-loving member of the Red Hat Society and First Baptist Church of Pocahontas. Georgia loved spending time with friends and family at the cabin on Current River where she could often be found dancing the Charleston. She is now dancing with abandon on the streets of heaven.
Georgia, a beacon of kindness and love, will forever reside in our hearts. Her legacy, exemplified by her willingness to give to those in need and her servant’s heart, will continue to inspire and guide us. As we mourn the loss of her physical presence, we find solace in knowing that her spirit lives on through many generations of family and friends and the love she instilled in us.
She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Ida Carter Kincade; husband, Bill Taylor; son, Billy Gene Taylor; daughters, Wilma Operano, Velma Taylor; grandson, Mike Taylor; brothers, Gene, Clay, Frank, Marvin, Virgil, and Clyde Kincade; and sister, Emma Lee.
