Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – The Foundation of Arts (FOA) will be presenting “Elf: The Musical Jr.” later in December.

The show follows Buddy, a human accidentally raised by North Pole elves. Upon learning about his past, he sets off to New York City to find his real father, all while helping those he meets rediscover the meaning of Christmas.

The show’s cast members are aged 7-18. A news release from the FOA describes it as a “shortened version of a holiday favorite.” The runtime is about 90 minutes.

The show will run Dec 19-22. Performances on Dec. 19, 20, and 22 will be at 7 p.m. The Dec. 21 performance will be at 2 p.m.

Showings will be at the Forum Theater, located at 115 E. Monroe Ave. Tickets range from $18 to $22, depending on section and location. Purchase tickets here. Pay What You Can Night is Dec. 20.
