Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — May 26, 2025 — The Foundation of Arts (FOA) will kick off summer with a family-friendly classic, “Mary Poppins: The Broadway Musical.”

This production brings “everyone’s favorite practically perfect nanny” to the stage in this “supercalifragilisticexpialidocious musical adventure,” presented by St. Bernard’s Healthcare and Medical Group, according to a FOA press release.

FOA Executive Director Stephanie Epps said this is a beloved story that has stood the test of time.

“We are excited to bring the magic of Mary Poppins to our community,” Epps said. “It’s something that all ages will enjoy and there’s wonderful music and a really talented cast, different types of dancing, and an amazing set. So, there’s something for everyone.”

With around 50 cast members, she said it is one of their larger productions as they come close to the end of their 2024-25 season.

“Our seasons run August through July, so this is actually kind of the tail end of our season, but yeah, it’s the first one for the summer months,” she said. “We hope everybody will make time to come out and see it. It’s going to be a really fun show.”
