Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – Aug 21, 2024 – NAFA (Northeast Arkansans for Animals) is an all-volunteer rescue that specializes in low-cost vaccination events and low-cost cat neuters.
This Saturday, August 24, NAFA and Jonesboro Animal Services are teaming up for Rubber Ducky Derby Days. This family-friendly carnival event will include a duck egg hunt, ring toss, face painting, and more.
At noon, the Rubber Duck Derby kicks off with race heats for all age groups. Winners will win prizes including $100 cash!
Attendees who drive their JEEP to the event will receive a specialty ducky for your dash.
The event happens this Saturday from 11am – 2pm on the lawn of Embassy Suites by Hilton Jonesboro Red Wolf Convention Center at 223 Red Wolf Blvd. Proceeds from the event will purchase surgical equipment for Jonesboro’s low cost spay/neuter clinics.
