Jonesboro, AR – (JonesboroRightNow.com) – April 4, 2024 – On March 7, agents with the 2nd Judicial District Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on the Jonesboro residence of 30-year-old Quincy Sanders. Agents found that no one was at home.

During a search of the residence on Rich Road, agents located about 13 pounds of marijuana in 13 vacuum-sealed bags. In Sanders’ bedroom, agents found a pistol, $900 in cash, and 5.2 grams of marijuana, according to the affidavit.

In the kitchen of the residence, agents also reportedly found a digital scale with marijuana residue and a vacuum sealer.

On Wednesday, April 3, District Judge Boling found probable cause to charge Sanders with simultaneous possession of drug and a firearm, a class Y felony, possession of marijuana with the intent to deliver, a class C felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, a class D felony, a possession of a firearm by a certain person, a class B felony.

Boling set Sanders’ bond at $75,000. Sanders was released on bond shortly after his arrest on Wednesday, April 3. His next court date is May 22 in Craighead County Circuit Court.
