Jonesboro, AR — (JonesboroRightNow.com) — June 12, 2025 — Crews are responding to a crash on the corner of Caraway Road and Matthews Avenue.
Sally Smith, public information official for the Jonesboro Police Department, said a red car traveling west neglected to yield to a flashing yellow light in the intersection and hit a black car traveling east.
She added that one person was transported by ambulance to an area hospital. Crews were working to remove the cars from the scene.
Motorists are urged to use caution in the area.
