Brimhall’s arrest follows speculation after an alleged incident that occurred earlier this month.

Last week JRN learned that a special prosecutor had been assigned to handle the case.  Then, on Friday, we learned that a special judge had been appointed to hear any activity about any case involving “the matter of Doug Brimhall.”
