Cassandra Darnell Morgan, 41, of Paragould, passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2024 at her home.
Cassandra was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas to David and Bonita Barnett Reed. She dedicated her life to helping others as she spent her career working as a Certified Nursing Assistant and as a clinical receptionist. Cassandra’s faith in the Lord played an important role in her life. She was a devoted member of Salvation Ministries. Cassandra loved to sing and play music with her family.
She was preceded in death by her father, David Reed.
Cassandra is survived by her loving husband, Todd Morgan of the home; mother, Bonita Reed; children, Cameron Oswald and his wife Asriah, Braydon Veal, Collin Morgan and his wife Phyllis, Richard Morgan, Thomas Morgan, Madison Oswald, Hazel Veal and Allison Morgan; and sisters, Stacey Howarter and her husband Lon, Pamela Dix and her husband Lane, Beverly Hogan and her husband Dal and Anita Chapman.
Funeral services will be held Monday, July 1, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. in the Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel with Derrick Followell officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at Mitchell Funeral Home. Honored to serve as pallbearers are Bret Hogan, Bo Hogan, Johnathan Oswald, Blake Hogan, Austin Hayes and Collin Morgan. Honorary pallbearers are Teddy Sharp, Zane Lawson, Trevor Sharp and Richard Morgan.
