Carma Jean Dyer, 89, of Reyno entered her heavenly home Sunday March 10, 2024, at Pocahontas Healthcare and Rehab Center.

Carma was born way up in the hills of Randolph County on April 2, 1934 to Willie Wilson “Bud” and Ollie Long Buckley. She lived on the Knob up by Mud Creek.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Ollie Buckley; husband, Doyle Dyer; son, Doug Dyer; and sister, Brooksie McIntire.

She is survived by her daughter, Janice Hovis; three grandchildren, six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren along with many other family and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, March 15, 2024 from 10–11 A.M. at Reyno Church of Christ with a funeral service beginning at 11 A.M. with Darrell Fears officiating. Burial will follow in Randolph Memorial Gardens.

Those honored to serve as pallbearers are Jim Cole, Hunter Cole, Baxter Meeks, Jennifer Lieuallen, Carma Sheldon, and Lee Hagood.
