Jonesboro- April Denise George Kirby, 50, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, May 29, 2024.
She was born July 26, 1973 in South Bend, IN, the daughter of Kenneth George and Shirley Miller George.
April was a graduate of Delta Vo-Tech with degrees in business and accounting. She was the manager at multiple convenience stores as well as the service department at Central GMC. April was of the Baptist faith. “GiGi” as they called her, loved spending time with her grandchildren . She will be missed by all who knew her. April was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth “ Buddy” George and her brother, Kenneth George Jr.
Survivors include two children, Kelsey Kay (Donivan) Morrison of Searcy, AR and Kaley Elizabeth (Cody) Kirby of Paragould, AR. Five grandchildren, Bryleigh McQuay, Jocelyn Stuart, Delan Morrison, Eli Thomas and Clint Thomas. Four sisters’, Diana (Eric) Moore of Harrisburg, AR, Angela (James) Farley of Oklahoma City, OK, Kimberly (Lee) Stuart of Jonesboro and Kristyn George of Jonesboro. One brother, Kevin (Kendra) George of Trumann.
